Noah Horne is a 2027 RHP/IF/OF with a 5-10 148 lb. frame from Chesapeake, VA who attends Greenbrier Christian Academy. Medium frame with a lean, athletic build. Ran a 7.85 second 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, drop and drive mechanics, clean delivery through a high slot, direct to the plate and pounds the zone with the mix, fluid arm stroke and projects well to more velocity, fastball plays well in the zone up tp 77 mph, showed some feel for spin too. Also plays infield and outfield, solid momentum to the ball at both spots, slower actions but comes through it clean, longer arm stroke and low-70s arm strength at both spots. Right-handed hitter, longer stroke to the front side, works to the middle with some consistency but developing strength.
