Jaden Nelson is a 2024 SS/RHP, 1B, 2B, 3B, MIF, OF with a 6-1 185 lb. frame from Daphne, AL who attends Ums-Wright Preparatory. In the infield, he shows fundamental footwork to the baseball, getting to the proper fielding position on time. He transfers cleanly into accurate throws across. At the plate, he sets up with slightly open stance and hands flat and tight to the body. The bat path is downhill to impact, hitting alot of ground balls. Theres strength in the hands present but doesn't allow it to play due to the path and timing inconsistencies. 7.80 60-yard. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
