Johnny Komarowsky is a 2027 3B/RHP/C with a 5-8 175 lb. frame from Denver, CO who attends Denver South. Stocky, compact corner profile build with present strength in the upper half. Ran a 7.68 60-yard dash. Primary third baseman, corner type build and actions, early glove presentation, clean out front, developing feel for lateral range at the spot and backhand right now, has an idea with some actions to pair here, accurate arm across with developing arm strength and looked competent on the charge for size. Secondary right-handed pitcher, full windup, hands stay at belt throughout entire delivery, nicely paced and balanced, belt high lift and comes through a three-quarters slot, fastball upper 70s had occasional cutting action to it, gyro type slider as well as an 11/5 curveball were both snapped off with feel for strikes and had unique shape. Right-handed hitter, narrow and square base with high hands and back elbow, simple trigger with short stride, creates some separation, tendency to get uphill, components here and showed some pull side impact in the round. Hit two homeruns in game actions as well as multiple other hits and barrels, all over the box score and performed at a high level. Named to the 2023 13U/14U Sunshine Rocky Mountain Top Prospect List.
