He has long levers in the build. Ran a 7.55 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher with some length in his frame that shows within the delivery. He works from a higher three-quarters arm slot, with a quick arm that was able to get the fastball to run in on the hands. His fastball was up to 75 mph with some life. He commanded the pitch well, especially arm side. He forced some whiffs with the pitch as well. He also mixed in a slurvy-breaking ball that had some depth to it. There was feel for spin, with the possibility to keep improving the pitch mix as he continues developing. He's a right-handed hitter who has high-set hands with a lower back elbow. He closes up the front side and uncoils with good rotation through the swing. He was able to get extended and produce some loud contact. He managed a 73 mph exit velocity. Overall, his best contact came pull-side during the round, impacting it well. He worked out as an infielder with long levers being put to work. He was snatchy with his hands, gathering and throwing after making the play. Throws across carried and were on target.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
