Scott Phelps is a 2026 3B/UT with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Edwardsville, IL who attends Father McGivney Catholic. Recorded a 7.28 sixty yard dash time. Medium frame and a thin frame. Primary third baseman with some athleticism, good footwork and moves well laterally. Took a direct path to the ball with a clean and quick transfer. Showed accuracy on the throws. Left-handed hitter with open feet and a medium base, utilizes a long stride to the ball. Contact-oriented approach with line drives in the air to both fields. Intriguing player as the frame continues to fill. Excellent student.
