Cooper Braxton is a 2026 OF/RHP with a 6-0 140 lb. frame from Greensboro, NC who attends Northern Guilford. Medium, lean build with a lot of time to continue adding onto the frame. 7.67 runner in the sixty. Right-handed hitter with a open stance and high back elbow set. Knee lift trigger to get the front side closed, downhill swing path generating a lot of contact to the opposite field. Has young bat speed which should get better as he gets stronger. Primary outfielder, fields the ball to the side with one hand, clean exchange with a compact arm action to a high three-quarters release point. Still developing arm strength but was accurate with long hops directly to the bag. Solid, fundamentally sound actions in the outfield. Secondary right-handed pitcher, works from the first base side of the rubber, quick leg lift to balance right at his chest, compact arm circle in the back to a high three-quarters release with good arm speed. Front side stays engaged for a while down the slope, showing good command of the baseball to both sides. Had a solid three pitch mix of fastball, up to 73 mph (1900 RPM), curveball with depth, up to 64 mph (1711 RPM), and a changeup, up to 66 mph (1224 RPM). Should get better in all phases as he adds strength to the frame.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
