Dax Trost is a 2026 C/RHP, 1B, OF, UT with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Benicia, CA who attends Benicia. Features a high waisted, lean frame. He has a three-pitch mix that includes a fastball, two-seam and curveball. He throws out of a 3/4 slot with a deliberate delivery. Two-seam has glove side run. He does a good job working in on right handed hitters. At the plate he has a wide, open stance. He keeps his hands high and takes a linear path to the baseball. He has developing bat speed with the ability to hit line drives regularly. He is an excellent student.
