Patrick Tavarez is a 2024 OF/ with a 6-2 175 lb. frame from Port St Lucie, FL who attends Treasure Coast. A medium frame with length in the lower half. Some physicality to the frame as well. Ran a 6.87 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who fields it off the front foot and showed off uphill throws. Front side opens as he whips the arm through release. Crow-hops into his throws with one-hop accuracy and good flight on his throws. Threw 84 mph from the outfield during his round of throws. A right-handed hitter who keeps the hands back and drifts with the front leg to get the foot down out front and stay short to it. Compact operation in the batters' box. Gets the hands right to it and was able to show off some hand speed and strength during his round of BP. Best impact came when he worked to it out front and drove it. Produced a 90 mph exit velocity during PG Tech testing. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
