Jack Wilson is a 2027 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-2 165 lb. frame from Cedar Falls, IA who attends Cedar Falls. Works from a lean lanky frame with physical upside. Primary right-handed pitcher, worked exclusively from the stretch, starts with the hands at the belt, lifts the leg up to the belt, breaks into a shallow arm path, releases from a low three-quarters slot, the fastball had some heaviness to it with some short arm side run, topped out at 73 mph, flashed a changeup that killed some spin and disrupted hitters’ timing. In the infield, worked through the baseball fairly well, has some lateral range, releases from a three-quarters slot, recorded arm strength up to 69 mph across the diamond. Right-handed hitter, starts in a narrow open base with a high hand set-up and high back elbow, utilizes a simple leg lift trigger, creates some separation, stays fairly short to the baseball, showed some strength at impact, recorded an exit velocity of 75 mph. Ran a 7.66 sixty-yard dash. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
