Freddie Beyer is a 2026 MIF/OF with a 5-7 150 lb. frame from Bloomfield Hills, MI who attends Brother Rice. Medium, athletic build with strength in the lower half. Good runner, ran a 6.80 60-yard dash. Primary middle infielder, smooth footwork getting to the ball, glove works under and through well, soft hands with true feel for the leather. Developing arm strength across, throws were accurate to the bag. Fundamentally sound infield workout with projectable traits. Secondary outfielder, charges in with intent and aggression, fields with one hand off to the side of the body, quick arm action and a high three-quarters slot. Throws had true flight and good carry directly to the bag. Recorded throws up to 77 mph. Right-handed hitter, even base stance with high hands and a high back elbow. Heel lift trigger, path works uphill, worked best to the middle of the field. Rhythmic cut that showed strength off the barrel, lofts the ball to the pull-side when extended. Recorded an exit velocity of 81 mph. Excellent student.
