Jackson Sola is a 2026 SS/2B, OF with a 5-9 130 lb. frame from Torrance, CA who attends Redondo Union. Features a lean, athletic build with room to add. Ran a 7.69 60-yard dash. Worked out on the infield and in the outfield. Athleticism played at both spots. Caught the ball cleanly throughout outfield workouts. Works through the catchpoint well. Pulls down well using a long arm action. Was accurate with a majority of throws. Threw 77 mph. Moves around with energy on the infield. Displayed a quick ball transfer into a compact release. Showed good arm speed on short arm action throws. Threw 72 mph across the diamond. Left-handed hitter. Utilizes an open stance with a wide base and high back elbow setup. Shows quick bat speed on a linear path through the zone. Approach is geared towards from the middle to pullside of the field. Showed good feel for the barrel. More power should come as strength is added to the frame. Also threw on the mound. Righthanded pitcher. Uses athleticism well throughout clean, controlled delivery. Throws from a 3/4 arm slot. Still developing consistent arm timing into foot strike. The fastball sat 71-74mhp with slight sinking action. Paired the heater with a fading, mid-60’s changeup. Create good movement on the offering. Was around the zone often with both pitches. Very good student. Named to the 13u/14u West Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
