Tanishq Shinde is a 2023 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-1 175 lb. frame from Fremont, CA who attends Irvington. Lanky build with plenty left in the frame to fill out as he physically matures. Ran a 7.57 in the 60-yard dash. Right-handed pitcher, works from the stretch from a simple leg lift into a repeatable three-quarter release. Fastball shows heavy arm-side run out of the hand and works off right-handed batters. Shows feel for a solid breaking ball that should refine its shape as he continues to use it. Good change of pace. Showed solid arm strength in defensive drills with solid intent. Right-handed hitter, shifts weight well in load with good hands in the path. Shows strength in those hands and works the barrel well through the zone. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
