Harris Vinson is a 2025 OF/LHP with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Bentonville, AR who attends Bentonville West. Average size athletic frame. Ran a 7.03 60-yard dash. A player with some true two-way potential going forward. Quicker first step in the outfield, developing footwork breaking down the baseball in the outfield, fields the ball to the side of his body, shuffles and shows long arm action with above average arm strength on throws with improving accuracy throwing to bases. A left handed hitter with a wide base and small load stride timing at the plate. Has quick hands at the plate with a vertical bat path thru the zone and some pop to his pull side, developing mechanics at the plate with plenty of loose raw athleticism to work with. Threw exclusively from the stretch on the mound, hiding the ball well in his delivery with a short arm action and three-quarter arm slot. Gets some extension out front on his fastball release which was in the upper 70's. Filled the zone with the fastball throwing quality strikes. Breaking ball was a curve with some downward break to it and developing spin efficiency. Set up hitters with the fastball and missed some bats with the breaking ball in his outing on the mound. Intriguing talent on both sides of the baseball. Excellent student.
