Eric Sanchez is a 2025 OF/RHP, IF with an athletic 5-9 155 lb. frame from Las Vegas, NV who attends Bishop Gorman HS. Started off the event clocking a 7.25 60-yard dash. A primary outfielder that pitches as well. At the plate he showed the ability to barrel up the baseball consistently employing a pull approach in his BP round. Shot the gaps a few times and showed some pop to the pull side. Worked through the baseball with ease in his outfield round an used the proper foot/glove techniques. Delivered on-line throws to the bases. On the mound Sanchez features a 2-pitch mix (FB, SL) out of a 3/4 slot. Fastball shows good arm-side run and the slider produces high spin rates up to 2800. A strike thrower with the ability to land his secondaries. one inning pitched, one strikeout.
