Matthew Miller is a 2026 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-0 168 lb. frame from Woodland Hills, CA who attends Crespi Carmelite. Medium build. Ran the 60-yard dash in 8.36 seconds. Primary right-handed pitcher, throws from a three-quarter arm slot with a simple delivery. The fastball sat 62-66 mph with natural cut, paired the fastball with a tight spin late breaking curveball. Will continue to develop and build the mechanics and arm strength as he gets older. Also worked out in the infield, worked through the ball with stiff hands and decent footwork. Still developing the infield actions, more of a first baseman. At the plate, hits from an upright stance with a big leg kick, has a long hand path that gets in and out of the zone. Worked a middle in approach. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
