Austin Cushman is a 2025 SS/RHP, MIF, OF with a 5-7 125 lb. frame from Sierra Vista, AZ who attends Buena. Slender build. Ran the 60 yard dash in 7.57 seconds. Primary infielder, worked through the ball with smooth glove work and a quick transition. Has a tendency to let the ball come, displayed accurate throws, clocked out at 75 mph across the diamond. From the mound, throws from a high three-quarter arm slot with a closed crossfire delivery. Has a long arm action with good whip, throws strikes and attacked batters early. The fastball sat 74-77 mph with slight arm side run. Right-handed hitter, hits from a slightly open stance with a big leg kick. Has a fluid compact swing smooth repeatable consistent barrels middle. Excelent student.
