Cristian Godina is a 2028 C/RHP, MIF with a 5-5 123 lb. frame from Beaumont, TX who attends West Brook. Young athletic build with plenty of room to fill out as he matures. Ran a 7.94 in the sixty yard dash. Primary catcher, low set up, gains ground and replaces feet, athletic actions and anticipates well, popped a 2.14 in drills. Also worked out in the infield, aggressive charge to the ball with quick feet, controlled break down with good body control. Also pitched, compact delivery with a short arm action, lands in line and on time, threw a heavy diet of fastballs that peaked at 69 mph with, easy strike thrower because of athleticism. Right handed hitter, wide base with a small leg lift trigger, swings with intent, good bat control and an all fields approach, has feel to hit the ball in the air.
