Tyler Mulligan is a 2023 RHP/2B/OF with a 5-10 140 lb. frame from East Northport, NY who attends Northport. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. Works from a full windup with a full shoulder turn at the top of his delivery, high 3/4's arm slot, varies his leg lift out front to mess with hitter's timing. Fastball topped out at 72 mph, mostly straight with occasional arm side running life. Also threw a soft curveball in the upper 50's, competed in the strike zone and made hitters swing the bats. Played outfield when not on the mound, fields well out front, over the top arm action with some whip out front and carry through the bag. Right handed hitter, hits from an upright stance with a forward hand load, has a short line drive swing with a middle of the field contact approach. Will continue to improve in all areas with additional strength. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
