Landon Gates is a 2024 MIF/OF with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Whitehouse, OH who attends Anthony Wayne. Slender young build with lots of room to get stronger. 7.47 runner in the sixty. Primary middle infielder, has good fluidity through the ball especially coming through the ball and to his left, tends to reach for the ball to his right, throws from a lower slot with a easy release and developing arm strength. Also played in the outfield. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread stance with a low hand load and a simple leg lift trigger, has loose hands and wrists through contact, middle of the field line drive stroke, bat speed will continue to improve with additional strength and physical maturity. Excellent student.
