Tyler McKinley is a 2027 SS/RHP/IF with a 5-4 100 lb. frame from Milton, GA who attends Cambridge. Smaller frame with a young, slender build. Ran a 8.62 second sixty yard dash. Primary Shortstop, sitting back on the baseball as he makes sure to keep it in front of him. Gathers with two hands before working into transfer. Weight moves well to target as he threw it 63 mph across the diamond. Secondary Right-Handed Pitcher, working into a side step to a belt high leg lift as he stays controlled throughout the motion. Lands direct to dish and proved he could repeat his actions. Fastball only pitch shown in the arsenal topping out at 64 mph with arm side run. Right-Handed Hitter, open to start before utilizing a medium leg lift to stride. Stays compact to the baseball while flashing a linear cut. Looks to rely on the hands to generate bat speed. Middle-away type approach as he lets the baseball travel.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
