Daniel Wilson is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 6-5 195 lb. frame from Washington, IL, who attends Peoria Notre Dame. A taller frame and slender build. Ran a 7.49 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher who uses a side-step delivery into an above-the-belt leg lift. Pitches from a three-quarters arm slot with a full arm swing. Fastballs consistently in the mid-70s that paired with a breaking ball that has an 11-5 shape with a shorter break in the mid-60s. Had some natural depth on a changeup around 70 mph that he killed spin on down to 1,556 RPMs. A right-handed hitter with high hands and a high back elbow. He's bent at the knees with a slightly closed start. The hands get deeper as he loads, and he steps and strides into contact. Has an aggressive move to the ball. Produced some good contact to the back of the cage up the middle. Worked out as an outfielder with patient actions, fielding it with one hand and showcasing a shorter arm action. Had choppy steps working into it with a side shuffle into the throws. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
