Reed Osborne is a 2028 RHP/2B, 3B, SS, OF, UT with a 5-11 150 lb. frame from Stanley, NC who attends Lincoln Charter. Long, lanky frame that is advanced in length for the class, has current lean strength present throughout. Ran a 8.08 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, methodical delivery, short takeback, high three-quarters slot, shorter arm stroke, some quickness to the arm, some run on the fastball arm side, vertical curveball shape with some big drop on it, projects a bit. Secondary infielder, working to develop lateral range, developing coordination, made the plays, high intent on the throws across. Took reps in the outfield, high slot release, working to gain feel for it in the grass. Left-handed hitter, slightly open base, upright, high hands, high back elbow, some bat speed present, turns it over nicely, showed feel to work the pull-side with some fairly consistent line drive contact. Great frame to fill into and continue to add weight on, shows some promise throughout and projects. Named to the 13/14U Southeast Prospect Showcase Top Prospect List.
