Fritz Phillips is a 2027 RHP/OF with a 5-10 135 lb. frame from La Canada, CA who attends La Canada. Features a medium frame with a lean build. Ran a 8.74 60-yd dash. In the OF, he showed an aggressive approach to the baseball fielding it clean and working quick into throws. Showed a longer/loose arm with some effort at release that produced on-line and accurate throws up to 76 mph. At the plate, he sits in a taller stance where he uses a quick/smaller leg lift trigger while his loose hands throw the barrel on a slight uphill path through the zone. Flashed some above avg. bat speed for his level and his approach stayed gap to gap throughout his BP round with line drives while maintaining easy balance throughout the swing.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
