Daniel Aguilera is a 2023 SS/2B with a 6-1 190 lb. frame from Camarillo, CA who attends Adolfo Camarillo. Average athletic build. Ran a 7.36 60-yard dash. A middle infielder with loose athleticism, footwork to and around the baseball, softer hands fielding the baseball, a quick transition and strong accurate arm on throws across the diamond. Showed range, glove work and ability to make plays with a strong arm in game as well. At the plate hit from a relaxed slightly open stance with some bat speed through the zone and a lofted bat path. Developing swing mechanics but with plenty to work with and a present all fields approach that can impact the baseball in the air when everything comes together. Very good student.
