Bobby Gallo is a 2025 RHP/OF with a 6-2 150 lb. frame from Matawan, NJ who attends Matawan Reg. Long, lanky frame with a high waist, square shoulders and plenty of room to add strength. Recorded a 5.47 second forty-yard dash time. Primary right-handed pitcher that worked exclusively from the stretch. Incorporates deliberate pace, belt high leg lift into balance and good length down the slope. Fastball worked in the upper-60s for the majority of his outing and topped out at 71 mph from a high three-quarters arm slot. Developing command of the strike zone that will continue to improve with proper mechanical adjustments and additional strength. Mixed in more vertical curveball with gradual depth as secondary offering. Will need to continue adding velocity moving forward to take the next step on the mound, vast physical upside. Secondary outfielder with developing defensive skill set. Incorporates deliberate footwork throughout, gathers deeply and transitions into release with some hesitance. Recorded developing arm strength up to 69 mph during drills. Right-handed hitter that hits from a wider, slightly crouched stance with a tight hand set and toe-tap trigger for timing. Rotational swing mechanics with pullside intent and developing bat-to-ball skills. Displayed occasional line drive impact to the middle and pull sides of the field when on-time and in-sync. Will continue to improve with proper swing adjustments and additional strength. Excellent Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
