Brady Gilroy is a 2024 OF/SS with a 5-9 165 lb. frame from Elgin, IL who attends Burlington Central. Recorded a 4.83 second forty-yard dash time. Compact frame with a lean and athletic build. Primary outfielder with a passive approach, has some fluidity to the footwork and gets the ball out quick. Would like to see him work through the ball more and carry his momentum towards the target. Good athletic base with twitch to his actions, will continue to improve moving forward. Right-handed hitter with an open and staggered start but closes off well with a hover leg lift. Has some extra movement to his hands, flashed quality bat speed on a flat path. Good shift into contact with an explosive lower half, has some things to like and project on moving forward. Excellent student. Named to the 2023 Chicago Indoor Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
