Daniel Lee is a 2027 RHP/3B with a 5-8 160 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Walton. Medium, athletic build with strength in the frame. Ran a 7.96 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, works with a quick tempo delivery, medium leg lift to the waist, full arm circle in the back to a high three-quarters slot. Young arm speed and developing lower half mechanics, fastball plays true in the low-70s and mixed in a changeup with fade in the mid-60s. Right-handed hitter, narrow base with a slightly open front side, longer path through the zone, has good hand speed and showed ability to whip the barrel through the zone, came off well to the middle of the diamond and pull-side. Good swing to continue building onto. Secondary third baseman, corner profile with limited lateral range, gets the glove down late, deep funnel, full arm swing to a higher release point, has some arm strength from the hole. Fundamentally sound player with good projection.
