Ezra Vice is a 2024 OF/RHP with a 6-0 155 lb. frame from Beaverton, OR who attends Westview. Showed above average speed with a 6.99 second sixty. Primary outfielder with a slender projectable build. Attacks the ball aggressively in the outfield fielding it on the side and carrying that momentum into the throws from a lower slot with young carry to the bases. Showed a methodical delivery with his hands away from the body and drop and drive action on the back side as eh comes down the mound. Arm action works long through the back up to a high three-quarter slot with the fastball sitting 70-74 mph and mostly straight through the zone. CB showed some young traits inn the mid 60's with maintained hand speed as did the changeup with developing feel for the release. Right-handed hitter, starts with an upright stance using a simple load to stay on time and create drive off the back leg through out the swing with good barrel accuracy. Bat path works with some loft through the hitting zone showing the ability to drive balls to all field with good bat speed. Projects for more power with added strength. Good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
