2022 Northern California Workout Showcase (Sunday)
Cody Hardtke is a 2024 MIF/OF with a 5-11 170 lb. frame from San Jose, CA who attends Leland. Medium build with some projection left for the future. Ran a 7.27 second sixty. A primary middle infielder, who also worked out in the outfield had a top throw of 75 MPH across the dirt and 71 MPH from the outfield grass. He utilizes a short arm circle to aid a quick release and fielded balls well on the run. At the plate he hit out of a square, upright stance with a high back elbow setup. He showed quality bat speed through the zone along with a flat path through the zone that he used to spray line drives to all parts of the diamond. Good student in the classroom.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
