Connor Heister is a 2026 1B/RHP, 3B, OF with a 6-1 215 lb. frame from De Soto, MO. A taller frame with a sturdy build. Ran an 8.02 60-yard dash. A primary first baseman who had some good throws across the diamond at 73 mph. Had direct footwork working to the baseball and got the glove to it out front. A right-handed hitter with higher hands and a lower back elbow. Gets the weight back onto his back foot as he loads up and then works through the zone with some strength. Was able to get the barrel to the ball for a couple of solid swings off the back of the cage in the air. Had some feel for the barrel with a few solid swings in his round of BP. A right-handed pitcher who works from the wind-up with a side-step into a leg lift up above the belt. Pitches from a three-quarters arm slot with a full arm swing. Lands online, moving down the mound and remains in control of his front side moving down the slope. Threw a heavy fastball that got up to 76 mph. Also flashed an 11-5 shaped curveball as his go-to off-speed. Great student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
