2022 Southeast Prospect Showcase
Easton Day is a 2026 RHP/C with a 5-10 155 lb. frame from Dallas, GA who attends North Paulding HS. Easton shows good ability to fill the strike zone up with fastballs. The fastball is relatively flat but gets some soft contact. Easton is a bit weak with the bat as his upper body strength isn't quite mature enough to create consistent bat speed and path through the zone. With some good fundamental tools, Easton just needs time to mature and develop while improving those skills to show that there is more coming.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
