Dylan Garcia is a 2027 SS/RHP, C, 2B, OF with a 5-1 102 lb. frame from Staten Island, NY who attends Undecided. Smaller, narrow shouldered, young athletic frame with projection remaining as he continues to matures physically. Recorded an 8.94-second sixty-time. Primary middle infielder, fields out in front, playing through the ball well as he works uphill a bit. Continuing to develop arm strength, 63 mph across the diamond from a higher arm slot. Secondary right-handed pitcher, worked exclusively out of the stretch. Belt-high leg lift with a longer stride length, remaining on line to the plate. Short arm stroke from a higher 3/4 slot. Fastball ranged from 61-64 mph with flashed of life through the zone when he was consistent with release point and arm speed. Showcased some advanced feel for his change-up that had some depth and tumbling action to it. Curveball had loose spin as he continues to develop feel for it. Strong command of the zone with an intriguing three-pitch mix that will continue to improve as he gains more experience on the mound. Right-handed hitter, even, balanced stance with a high-hand set and a high back elbow. Hover leg-lift-trigger, getting his foot down on time. Flatter path with some present feel for the barrel. Worked the middle-of-the-field during his round.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
