Ben Jimenez is a 2024 3B/RHP with a 5-11 195 lb. frame from Waukesha, WI who attends Waukesha South. Medium frame with strong, physical build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.51 seconds. Hits from closed stance, rotates well and shows strength, can impact the ball when out front, stiffness to stroke, more strength than bat speed at present, showed power to the pull-side. Worked out in the infield, short footwork with good balance, plays low to ground, can throw off-balance and from multiple slots, clocked up to 87 mph on throws. Also pitched, works from stretch, crossfire delivery with effort, low 3/4 slot release, fastball worked 80-84 mph with good arm side movement, flashed slow curveball as well. Very good student, named to 2023 North Indoor Top Prospect List.
