2023 Sunshine West Showcase
Ethan Kriwinski is a 2025 SS/2B with a 5-11 160 lb. frame from Mission Viejo, CA who attends JSerra Catholic. It’s a medium/athletic build that showed fundamental actions at SS during his workout. He works low to the ground and displays early fielding everyball cleanly except for his slow roller. He works with avg. quickness to release showing some regather with his footwork with throws being accurate with carry across using a shorter arm action. At the plate, he uses a quick leg lift trigger with loose hands. Gets into some decent coil and separation at footstrike. Swing itself works short to the ball with a high finish. He showed a middle of the field approach throughout his round hitting a lot of fly balls into the right center gap with several being driven. 7.37 60 yd.

Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
