JC Slavis is a 2026 3B/RHP, 1B with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Marietta, GA who attends Pope. Ran a 7.66 second sixty. Primary third base man with a longer lean build showing plenty of room to add strength down the road. Showing a young approach to the ball on the infield receiving it out front with stationary feet before working into the throws with a shuffle gaining ground directionally across the diamond. Shows some young arm strength with an ability to make an accurate throws across the diamond. Starts with a side step on the mound into a higher leg lift. Arm stroke works on a medium track through the back up to a higher release. Found the fastball command as the outing went on sitting 70-74 mph with occasional cutting action and spin rate around 1860 RMP's. Right-handed hitter, starts with a square stance. Does a nice job keeping the bat head in the zone a long time with a mostly linear path finding the barrel at a solid rate. Ball showed some jump off the barrel to right-center field with good intent that will improve with added strength.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
