Paxton Ladner is a 2028 1B/RHP with a 6-3 180 lb. frame from Waxhaw, NC who attends Weddington High School. Recorded a 7.9 60-yard dash. Primary first baseman with a tall, physically advanced frame and long levers. Worked around the bag methodically, throwing with a loose arm. Right-handed hitter and starts from a wide base with even feet. Stays inside the ball with quickness and lots of strength at impact. Showed some lift to the path, leveraging the barrel well when on time. Secondary right-handed pitcher and throws exclusively from the stretch. Uses a leg lift to chest level, driving down the mound to get good extension. Quick and loose arm that generated effortless velocity up to 81 mph. Named to the 2022 13u Main Event Showcase Top Prospect List.
