Evan Tuesley is a 2023 OF/RHP with a 6-2 170 lb. frame from Granger, IN who attends Penn. A lean frame with a medium build and some longer levers in the lower half. Projectable frame. Ran a 7.24 60-yard dash. Primary outfielder who's throws carried well and were around the bag. Carries his momentum through the throws which were up to 85 mph at a lower flight. A left-handed hitter with a wider base and hands set high. Starts with the bat head on his shoulder and stays short & direct to the ball. Was able to turn it over with some whip to the barrel. Was able to get on plane and work pull-side and the pull-side gap during his round of BP. Projectable actions in the box. Picked up a hard-hit double pulll-side in-game on a pitch he barreled up and drove. Had another double to his credit during games as well. Took to the mound as a right-handed hitter. Worked from a high-three quarters slot with a tight release. Leg lift was up to the belt as he worked downhill. The fastball was 81-85 mph with some arm-side run, spinning up to 2,233 RPMs. Also showed a breaking ball that spun up to 2,345 RPMs. Punched out two opposing hitters during his inning of work. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
