Tyler Williams is a 2026 C/RHP/3B with a 6-0 160 lb. frame from Brentwood, CA who attends Heritage. Tall and slender very athletic build, has some present strength for his age with more to come. 7.50 runner in the sixty. Primary catcher on defense, has nice athletic quickness behind the plate, comes out of his crouch well and has active feet, quick tranfer/exchange, lower release slot, very good arm strength with some tailing on his throws due to his release slot. Also plays infield and looked very solid there as well, moves well with a soft glove out front, can throw from multiple arm slots. Left handed hitter, hits from a deep hand load with a clean stride into contact, has some lift in his swing and some hand quickness getting the bat started, hits to all fields. Also pitched, throws from the same lower 3/4's arm slot he showed at his defensive positions, compact arm action hides the ball well. Fastball topped out at 82 mph with good arm side run, also threw a mid-60's curveball and upper 60's change up with some pitchability and feel for the zone. Quality all around athlete who will continue to improve. Named to the 13U/14U Northern California Showcase Top Prospect List.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
