Tyler Spangler is a 2026 SS/2B, 3B with a 6-4 175 lb. frame from Danville, CA who attends De La Salle. Very tall, with a long and lean frame with uber projection remaining. A primary infielder, really smooth actions with an advance approach to the ball with his lower half. The timing presenting the glove and soft hands create great exchange skills. Effortless 88 mph across the diamond with game actions. Can throw on the run with body control and accuracy. A left-handed hitter, starts with an even base and has a simple load and launch. Easy bat speed and already creates loft to the pull side. Consistently on the barrel with a strong point of contact. Big upside on both sides of the ball. Excellent student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
