Jack Pitts is a 2024 C/1B/3B with a 6-0 180 lb. frame from Lakeland, TN who attends Arlington. Medium athletic framed infielder that preps well and works athletically to and through the baseball. The medium arm action is functional for the spot. The throws show quality carry with accuracy across the diamond. Behind the dish, he cheats a bit high on throws down but the footwork is crsip as are the exchanges. At the dish, he sets up with medium base. There's explosiveness is the swing with serious juice to the pull side, leaving the yard multiple times in batting practice. The bat speed is above average with whippy barrel. Approach is geared through the middle with ability to turn and burn as well. On the mound, he operates with moderate leg kick. There's definite drop and dive style to pair with a low three-quarters slot. He employs modest ride through the mitt with occasional arm side sink. The motion is repeatable with high effort delivery. The intent is present behind every pitch with true 4 quadrant command with a health diet being on the inner third. 7.32 60-yard. 1.97 pop time. Great student. Selected to the Top Prospect list.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
