Aiden Joaquin is a 2023 SS/RHP, C, IF, OF with a 6-1 155 lb. frame from Kamuela, HI who attends Honokaa High & Intermediate. Medium frame with slender build; ran 60 yard dash in 7.55 seconds. Graded out best on the mound, pauses at the top for balance, works downhill well over front side, fastball worked 78-81 mph with flashes of very heavy sink, flashed good breaker as well with spin and bite. Hits from even-based stance, hands work well into swing, path gets steep at times out of barred launch, whip to stroke with projection. Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
