Tyler Foster is a 2024 3B/RHP, C, 1B, 2B, IF, OF, UT with a 6-1 180 lb. frame from Carlsbad, CA who attends Sage Creek. infielder, good feet and hands on the dirt. Remained in control and worked through the leather. Arm improved as the round went on. Catcher, good direction and gains ground. Showed promising arm strength and mobility behind the dish. Right-handed pitcher, high three-quarter slot and shorter, deliberate arm action. Fastball up to 83 mph and held it. Showed feel for an 11-5 curveball with late depth. Locates well and repeats for strikes. Right-handed hitter, medium hand set and high back elbow. Strength at contact when on plane. Shows lift to the gaps and can turn the barrel over with intent. Solid play on both sides. Very good student.
