Cayden Mitchell is a 2025 SS/RHP with a 6-0 170 lb. frame from Arlington, TX who attends Mansfield Timberview. Posted a 7.81 in the 60 yard dash. Primary SS, projectable build with raw actions. The arm action is longer in the back coming uphill from the gather. Glove skill present, fielded his whole round cleanly with awareness for the middle infield. Right-handed pitcher, secondary arm for now working with a lot of cutting life on his fastball he ran up to 80. Rhythmic operation with a medium lift that showed sync and online stride down slope. Has time to command the glove side action in the zone to become more effective. Switch hitter, much more effective from natural left side for now. Even base and relaxed set with a small leg lift trigger. Has good intent in the swing that is geared to work opposite field well.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
