Eli Deberry is a 2024 RHP/1B with a 6-4 238 lb. frame from Lakeland, TN who attends Arlington. Extra big and physical build, especially in the hips and lower half. Works from a slow paced delivery with a back turn start, has a long and loose arm action with good extension through release, easy low tension release from a high 3/4's to over the top slot. Fastball worked steadily in the 89-91 mph range with occasional cut, mostly straight. Landed an upper 70's sweeping slider consistently to work off his fastball.
