2022 High School All State Select Championship (2025-2026 Grads)
Braxton Beaty is a 2026 LHP/OF with a 5-9 140 lb. frame from Angleton, TX who attends Angleton. Medium frame with a lean and athletic build. Ran a 7.06 second 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, high-end pitchability guy, clean and athletic delivery, hides the ball well and comes out clean, good present arm speed and mixes four pitches. Up to 85 with the fastball, has climbed steadily, fills the zone with real command, very comfortable spinning a pair of breaking balls, both project well, good feel to turn over changeup, fun young arm. Also plays some outfield, athletic at the spot and fields it clean, arm strength shows on strong throws to bags. Left-handed hitter, balanced stance, some quickness to the hands and lofted path, releases barrel a little late, will project with more strength. Great student. Named to 2022 High School All-State Top Prospect List.
