Cruz Garcia is a 2023 C/RHP with a 5-10 170 lb. frame from Kerrville, TX who attends Homeschool. Ran a 7.58 60-yard dash. Sturdy frame and throws from a lower slot in the field. Able to gain ground well behind the dish on throws to second base. His throws stay low and on target, comes out of the crouch with some athleticism. His highest pop time was 2.09. At the plate, has short bat path and has some strength in the swing. His highest exit velocity was 81 MPH. Slightly more power over hit tool presently and can drive the ball to pullside well. Good approach in the box. Excellent student in the classroom.
