Nathan Phillips is a 2025 RHP/1B, 3B with a 6-2 205 lb. frame from Lebanon, VA who attends Lebanon. Large frame with a sturdy build starting show strength. Ran a 8.09 second sixty yard dash. Primary Right-Handed Pitcher, working with simple mechanics as he lifts above the belt before driving down the hill. Stayed direct to dish and proved he could repeat his actions. Released from a higher slot as he went right after hitters. Power delivery as he ran the fastball up to 81 mph. Also mixed in a breaking ball showing vertical bite. Secondary First Baseman, sitting back on the baseball as he did a good job of keeping the play in front of him. Feel for the leather present as he scooped it up and worked into a quick release. Arm strength showing but wasn't accurate with throws at times. Right-Handed Hitter, balanced to start as he works into a step in stride. Hands are a bit low before he works into a linear cut. Does a good job utilizing the lower half strength. Drove the baseball into both gaps as he showed off the feel for the barrel. Projects as a power bat down the road. Good Student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
