2022 PG Underclass All-American Games
Thomas Maher is a 2024 SS/UT with a 5-10 165 lb. frame from San Diego, CA who attends Torrey Pines. Young athletic build with plenty of room to get stronger. Right handed hitter, hits from a spread and balanced stance with a big barrel wrap load, has fast hands and creates bat speed and some barrel whip, was consistently on time in BP and in the games, has feel for the barrel and even flashed some surprising power, hits to all fields, projects well as a hitter as he gets stronger. Primary middle infielder on defense, plays with energy and as quick lower half actions, light on his feet with good footwork, has some arm strength, looked especially good at second base. Very good student.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
