Mills Carrillo is a 2026 RHP/IF with a 6-0 164 lb. frame from Wesley Chapel, FL who attends Wesley Chapel. Medium, athletic frame with square shoulders and present strength proportioned throughout. Ran a 7.24 60-yard dash. Primary right-handed pitcher, balanced and stable delivery working through mechanical operation, full arm action through the backside with real whip out to an extended release. Fastball sat comfortably at 88-89 mph throughout outing, filled the strike zone and showed big life in on the hands of right-handed hitters. Ball jumps out of hand, maintains tempo and showed a slider up to 79 mph with short, tight depth that played well off of fastball and also mixed a low-80s cutter with late biting life to the glove side. Missed plenty of bats with all three offerings. Showed big carry on throws from both the outfield and infield, will continue to refine overall actions but shows carry and moves well on the approach. Right-handed hitter, begins with a high hand set and back elbow at the plate with a spread stance. Simple swing mechanics overall, shows hand speed and strength in frame plays; shows jump off of the barrel when squared up and shows consistent timing with bat-to-ball skills in thet box. Very good student. Named to the 2022 14u Perfect Game Select Festival.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
