Adam Arther is a 2023 LHP/1B with a 6-3 165 lb. frame from Altadena, CA who attends Polytechnic. Long and lean frame, projects well physically. Ran a 7.86 second 60-yard dash. Primary left-handed pitcher, deceptive delivery and mix as a whole, long body but controls the parts well and filled the zone with three pitches. Sidearm slot with solid arm speed, works across his body into the low-80s with excellent run on the fastball, sells the changeup well with similar action to the fastball and landed short breaking slider with comfort. Also worked out at first base, quicker actions with a clean glove and solid arm strength across. Lefthanded hitter, longer limbs created some coordination issues but works direct to the ball and uses the entire field with his contact. Named to 2022 Sunshine West Showcase Top Prospect List for pitching.

Swing Efficiency™
Swing Efficiency™ is a score from 0-100 based on how fast you move your body compared to other players of a similar height and weight. Our library of over 10,000 hitters shows that for a given body type, higher swing efficiencies generate higher exit velos. PG All-American Arjun Nimmala may only weigh 170 lbs, but he can still hit 103MPH off a tee thanks to his elite Swing Efficiency™.
